Step 1
Preparation
Who, what, where, when and how? It all starts with Isabel, our Key Accounts Manager. She discusses the possibilities with you, and is your assigned contact for the entire project.
Step 2
Design
Then it’s the turn of interior architects Kevin and Willem. They, on most projects, will be around the conference table as early as the design phase. Unsure about stand size, the layout of the stand (and its compartments), colors,...? They’ll gladly answer all your questions. Will your design office or architect be drawing the stand of your dreams? If so, we’ll make it come true.
Step 3
Workshop
The preparation of your stand happens in our workshop. We fabricate and double-check nearly all our starting materials in house, under our own management. Think of it as a giant jigsaw puzzle in which we put out all the pieces, ready for assembly.
Step 4
Erection and dismantling
We erect your stand at the trade show. Is it a big project? Well then we call in some freelancers. But, rest assured: in no event would we entirely outsource your project. After the trade fair, we carefully dismantle your stand and store the materials in our warehouse. As you can see: at no stage are you without our expert advice.
Can I rest easy?
We take care of all the technical aspects with the trade fair officials: mains electricity, water, points of suspension and telecoms. And provide them with the application for approval and a sketch of your proposed stand. For, when preparing a trade fair, you’ll already have enough on your plate...
